3. 4 Star or higher internet reputation

4. Been in business for 5 years

5. Been doing encapsulations for 2 years

6. No open legal action against you

7. No other crawl space repair® product affiliate

8. Must qualify for credit terms

9. Minimum purchase of $50,000 a year and grow from there
