    Shipping Damage and Shipping Errors

    All shipping damage and shipping errors MUST be reported to by email ( within 5 business days of delivery. Failure to notify us within 5 business days of delivery will limit remedies to the UPS and FedEx liability policies. The customer MUST keep ALL original packaging for the report to be processed. Any claims made to outside of the 5 business day window will be denied. All claims within the 5 business day window without orginal packaging will be denied.     Credit Cards

Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will be billed at the time of your order.

    Money Orders, Cashier’s Checks, Company Checks, & Personal Checks 

    We accept money orders, cashier’s checks, personal checks, and company checks in U.S. Dollars only. Orders are processed upon receipt of a money order or cashier’s check. For personal and company checks, please allow up to 10 banking days after receipt for clearance of funds before the order is processed. We cannot guarantee the availability of a product by the time funds clear or payment is received. We will charge a $25 fee on all returned checks.

    Multiple Product Orders 

    For a multiple product order, we will make every attempt to ship all products contained in the order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available, unless you inform us otherwise. You will only be charged for products contained in a given shipment, plus any applicable shipping charges. You will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted to you on your purchase receipt. The entirety of this shipping charge may be applied to the first product(s) shipped on a multiple shipment order.

    Order Acceptance Policy 

    Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.

    Other Conditions 

    These Conditions will supersede any terms and/or conditions you include with any purchase order, regardless of whether signs them or not. We reserve the right to make changes to this site and these Conditions at any time. All sales and transactions will be governed by the laws of the state of South Carolina, with the jurisdiction being the state of South Carolina and the venue will be Greenwood County, South Carolina. 

    In the event that there is a dispute or the customer refuses to pay or cancels their payment(i.e. chargeback on the credit card used to purchase) for products received without the written authorization/agreement from LLC the customer agrees to be responsible for all costs of collection on unpaid balances including, but not limited to, 1.5% interest (18% annually) starting from purchase date, collection fees (up to 50% of the purchase amount), court costs and reasonable attorney fees. If any of these conditions are deemed not legal, the remainder of these conditions will continue as enforceable. 

    Out-of-Stock Products

    We will ship your product as it becomes available. Usually, products ship the same day if ordered by 2:00PM EST, or by the next business day if your order is received after this time and for orders received on Saturday, Sunday or any major holiday. However, there may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock which will delay fulfilling your order. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping.


    We keep your personal information private and secure. When you make a purchase from our site, you provide your name, email address, credit card information, address, phone number, and a password. We use this information to process your orders, to keep you updated on your orders and to personalize your shopping experience.

    Before you return or attempt to return any merchandise you MUST contact our office to start the process- 864.223.7800. Returns sent to us without an RMA(Return Merchandise Authorization) number will be refused.

    We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 30 days from the date of purchase. Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for return 30 days from the date of purchase. All returns for the reason other than a mistake on our part is subject to BOTH return shipping and a 30% restocking fee.

    We HIGHLY recommend that your return shipment have insurance on it and that you take photos of the products condition before shipping. This will eliminate any delays in the insurance reimbursement process if the products are damaged in shipping.

    If the item arrives damaged, in unsellable or in non-new condition we can not give you a refund. Please communicate with us directly and we will do everything we can to help you through this process.

    Past 30 days requires a written request before a decision can be made for a return.

    We reserve the right to update this policy when necessary.

    Although we try very hard to process refunds as soon as possible, at times there may be a delay depending on many circumstances. Refunds can not be issued until original funds become available to be refunded. In the case of a check it may take up to 10-12 days to issue a refund due to the time it takes for the original check to clear. With Credit Cards we reserve the right to credit the card or issue a refund by check. If a refund is issued by check it could take up to 30 days to receive, but most likely about two weeks.

    Products requiring electricity or batteries-

    Any product that takes electricity or batteries to operate and not eligible for return unless the packaging is unopened. Photos will be required for an RMA and they will be compared upon receiving the item. If the product return was opened it will be refused.

    IF you are purchasing the Moisture Medic with the 8820 thermostat with Humidity Sensor or 8620 thermostat it CAN NOT be returned once the SECURITY STICKER is broken. Because this is an electrical item, only new UNOPENED items will be eligible for return.

Shipping Policy 

Shipping Time -- Most orders received before 2:00 PM EST will ship the same day, provided the product ordered is in stock. Most orders received after 2:00 PM EST will ship the next business day. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday, except by prior arrangement. We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.


Our Store shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the same state. For orders shipped to other states, you are solely responsible for all sales taxes or other taxes.

Typographical Errors 

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Our Store shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Our Store shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Our Store shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price
