We have been in business since 2007 (started in Michigan) and have been creating crawl space encapsulation supplies since 2010. Our focus is creating & producing high quality crawl space vapor barriers, dehumidifiers and water control products that deliver results. We use our years of hands on installation experience to guide our product development.

All of our crawl space vapor barriers and liners are authentic Crawl Space Encapsulation® products.
We brought together the best of two products, Pure Premium® and GuardianLiner® to give you a cost effective way to encapsulate your crawl space. Offering the clean pure polyethylene of our Pure Premium® brand and combining it with the antimicrobial benefits of GuardianLiner®. We have several thicknesses available to meet your durability requirements.
Made of pure virgin polyethylene, the top layer is bright white and the bottom layer is GuardianLiner® tan. These rolls come in 10x100' rolls.
